Including screen replacements, battery swaps, and charging port fixes. iPads are our main focus, but we also repair Samsung tablets. Most tablet repairs take 1 to 2 hours.
With a focus on MacBooks. Screen replacements, battery swaps, keyboard repairs, and logic board repair where possible. Laptop repairs take 2 to 3 days.
Mail-in option
If there is no Phone Clinic branch near you, we offer a mail in repair service. You send your device to us, we repair it, and post it back. It works for phones, tablets, and laptops.

Every Phone Clinic store works the same way. You walk in or arrive for your booking, tell us what is wrong with your device, and we take it from there.
Our technician will check your device and give you a clear price before starting any work. For most phone repairs, you can wait in store and have it back within the hour. For tablets and laptops, we will let you know how long it will take and contact you when it is ready.
Yes. All stores are open Sunday 10am to 5pm.
No. Warranty claims must be made at the same store where the original repair was done.
No. Walk ins are welcome at every store. Booking ahead just saves you waiting time.
