Phone Clinic Hitchin is at 33 Market Place, Hitchin, SG5 1DY, right in the town centre. The store is a short walk from Hitchin train station and close to the Grammar School Walk car park, so you can drop your phone off and grab a coffee in town while we work on it.
We’re open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm, and Sunday from 10am to 5pm. Walk-ins are welcome any time we’re open, so there’s no need to book ahead unless you want to guarantee a specific slot.
Most screen and battery repairs at our Hitchin branch are finished within 30 minutes while you wait. More involved jobs, such as water damage or motherboard faults, are diagnosed on the day and we’ll give you an honest time estimate before we start.
Our Hitchin team repairs iPhone, Samsung, and Google Pixel devices, along with most other major Android brands. The store is run by certified technicians trained to manufacturer standards on screens, batteries, cameras, charging ports, and housings.
