Our Repair Guarantee

Last Updated: 01 June 2026

Every repair we carry out is backed by a written warranty. We use quality parts, and our technicians are trained to do the job properly. If something goes wrong with the part we fitted or the work we did, we will put it right at no extra cost.

This page explains exactly what is covered, what is not, and how to make a claim. Please read this alongside our full Terms and Conditions.

By collecting your repaired device, you confirm you accept the terms in this policy. Nothing in this warranty limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Warranty begins on the date you collect your repaired device.

What is Covered

Our warranty covers the specific part or parts that we repaired or replaced. We will fix or replace the part at no charge if the fault is caused by:

A defective part or component supplied by us.

An error in the workmanship of the repair.

Failure of the repaired part under normal everyday use.

The warranty covers the repaired component only. If a different fault develops on a separate part of the device, that would be a new repair and is not covered under the original warranty.

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not apply where the fault or damage is caused by:

Accidental damage after collection, including drops, cracks, impacts, or bends.

Liquid or water damage of any kind.

Repairs, modifications, or opening of the device by anyone other than Phone Clinic after we completed our work.

Software faults, operating system issues, or malware.

Normal wear and tear, including expected battery degradation over time.

Pre existing damage that was present before the repair, particularly where the device could not be fully tested at check in.

Cosmetic damage to areas not worked on during the repair.

The warranty is linked to the specific device (identified by its IMEI or serial number) and to the customer on our system. It does not transfer if the device changes ownership.

Pre Repair Testing and Your Passcode

We test every device before and after the repair. We ask for your passcode at check in so we can fully document the condition of your device and confirm the repair is working properly when you collect it.

If you prefer not to share your passcode, certain warranty provisions about pre existing faults may not apply. Where a device cannot be fully tested at check in (for example, a completely shattered screen), this will be noted on your service record.

    Warranty Questions

How long is the warranty on my repair?

It depends on the device, repair type, and parts used. If an original (genuine) screen is used for your iPhone repair, it qualifies for a lifetime warranty. OLED screen replacements are covered for 12 months. LCD screen repairs are covered for 3 months. Small parts like charging ports, cameras, and buttons are covered for 3 months across all brands. Your technician will confirm your warranty period before you leave the store. Check the table above for full details.

Your repair receipt or job number, plus the device itself. Fill in the warranty claim form on this page and we will get back to you within 2 hours during opening hours.
No. You need to return to the same store where the original repair was done. Your repair record is held at that branch and the technician who worked on your device can inspect it directly.
No. The warranty covers defective parts and workmanship faults only. If you drop your phone and crack the screen after the repair, that would be a new repair.
Yes. If anyone other than a Phone Clinic technician opens or modifies the device after our repair, the warranty is void.
It may. Using any third party repair service, including Phone Clinic, may void your manufacturer warranty. If you want to keep your manufacturer warranty intact, take your device directly to the manufacturer.
