We are on Bitterne Road in Bitterne Village, Southampton. The store is easy to reach by car or bus. There is free on street parking along Bitterne Road and in the surrounding streets.
If you are coming from Southampton city centre, Bitterne is about 10 minutes by car along the A3024. Several bus routes run along Bitterne Road, so you can reach us by public transport too.

Process
Most phone repairs at our Bitterne store are done in under an hour. Screen replacements and battery swaps are the quickest jobs we do. Tablet repairs usually take 1 to 2 hours. Laptop repairs take 2 to 3 days because the parts are more complex and sometimes need to be ordered in.
Every repair is quoted individually. We give you a clear price before starting any work. Phone screen repairs start from £29. All repairs come with a warranty. The length depends on the type of repair and parts used. iPhone original screen repairs come with a lifetime warranty. Premium OLED screens are covered for 12 months. Standard LCD screens are covered for 3 months.
