If none of our 14 stores are close enough, send your phone to us by post. Book a mail in repair online and we will email you the details. Package the device securely, post it using a tracked service, and we will fix it and send it back. Same quality parts, same warranty, same no fix no fee promise.

Is My Data Safe During a Repair?

Yes. We do not access your personal data during any repair. Your photos, messages, contacts, and apps stay on the device. We only touch what is needed to complete the repair. We ask for your passcode so we can test the phone properly after the repair. We use it only for function testing and do not browse your content. If you would rather not share it, we will still complete the repair but some post repair testing may be limited.

It depends on the model. Screen repairs start from £29 for older models. Newer phones with OLED screens cost more. We give you a fixed price before starting, so you always know the exact cost.

How long does a phone repair take?

Most screen replacements and battery swaps take under an hour. More complex repairs like water damage or motherboard faults can take longer. We will give you a time estimate when you drop the device off.

Do you use genuine parts?

We offer different tiers depending on the repair. For iPhone screens, you can choose between standard, premium OLED, or original (genuine) parts. Each tier has a different price and warranty period. Your technician will explain the options.

Is it worth repairing my phone or should I buy a new one?

In most cases, repairing is much cheaper than replacing. A screen repair or battery swap costs a fraction of a new phone and can make your device feel like new again. If the repair cost gets close to the value of the phone, we will be honest with you about whether it makes sense.

Will repairing my phone void the manufacturer warranty?

It may. Using any third party repair service, including us, may void your manufacturer warranty. If your phone is still under manufacturer warranty, contact the manufacturer directly.

Can you fix a phone that will not turn on?

Usually, yes. A phone that will not power on could be a battery fault, charging issue, or software problem. We run a free diagnostic to find out what is wrong before quoting any work.

Do you fix phones with water damage?

We do attempt water damage recovery. Turn the phone off immediately and bring it to us as soon as possible. We use a chemical cleaning process to remove corrosion from the motherboard. The sooner you bring it in, the better the chances.
