Repairs We Offer

Our Best Service

Screen replacement

Cracked glass, lines on the display, or touch that won't respond. We replace the screen and test the display, touch and front camera before you collect.

Battery replacement

For a phone that dies by the afternoon or shuts down in the cold. We fit a fresh battery and check it reads full health before handover.

Charging port repair

When your phone charges slowly, only at an angle, or not at all. It's often the port rather than the cable, and we test a full charge after.

Camera Repair

Blurry photos, a cracked lens, or a camera that won't focus. We replace only the camera that failed and test it before you collect.

Water Demage

Dropped it in water, or it just won't switch on? We open it up, clean out any corrosion, and give you an honest answer, with a diagnostic first.

Unlocking and software

Network unlocking, slow performance, frozen screens and software faults, sorted so your phone runs properly again.

Process

How It Works

How Long Will My Repair Take?

Most phone repairs at our Shrewsbury store are done in under an hour. Screen replacements and battery swaps are the quickest jobs we do. Tablet repairs usually take 1 to 2 hours. Laptop repairs take 2 to 3 days because the parts are more complex and sometimes need to be ordered in.

Pricing and Warranty

Every repair is quoted individually. We give you a clear price before starting any work. Phone screen repairs start from £29. All repairs come with a warranty. The length depends on the type of repair and parts used. Premium OLED screens are covered for 12 months. Standard LCD screens are covered for 3 months.
