Process
Most phone repairs at our Inverness store are done in under an hour. Screen replacements and battery swaps are the quickest jobs we do. Tablet repairs usually take 1 to 2 hours. Laptop repairs take 2 to 3 days because the parts are more complex and sometimes need to be ordered in. We will always give you an honest time estimate before we start.
Every repair is quoted individually. We give you a clear price before starting any work. Phone screen repairs start from £29. All repairs come with a warranty. The length depends on the type of repair and parts used. iPhone original screen repairs come with a lifetime warranty. Premium OLED screens are covered for 12 months. Standard LCD screens are covered for 3 months. Small parts like batteries, charging ports, and cameras are covered for 12 months. Samsung, tablet, and laptop repairs are covered for 6 months. If we cannot fix your device, you do not pay. That is our no fix, no fee policy.
