We are on the ground floor of the Eastgate Shopping Centre in Inverness. The centre is a short walk from Inverness Railway Station and has parking available on site. If you are coming by bus, several routes stop right outside the centre.
Drop in while you are shopping. Most phone repairs are done in under an hour, so you can leave your device with us, grab a coffee, and pick it up on your way out.

Process
Most phone repairs at our Eastgate store are done in under an hour. Screen replacements and battery swaps are the quickest jobs we do. Tablet repairs usually take 1 to 2 hours. Laptop repairs take 2 to 3 days because the parts are more complex and sometimes need to be ordered in.
Every repair is quoted individually. We give you a clear price before starting any work. Phone screen repairs start from £29. All repairs come with a warranty. The length depends on the type of repair and parts used. iPhone original screen repairs come with a lifetime warranty. Premium OLED screens are covered for 12 months. Standard LCD screens are covered for 3 months. Small parts like batteries, charging ports, and cameras are covered for 12 months. Samsung, tablet, and laptop repairs are covered for 6 months.
