Screen replacement
We replace the OLED screen with a new one. The 13 Pro has a 120Hz ProMotion display, so we make sure the replacement supports that same smooth scrolling. Face ID keeps working. We reseal the water resistance and test touch, colour, brightness, and True Tone before giving it back.
Battery replacement
We take out the old battery and fit a new one. We check it charges properly, holds power, and that MagSafe wireless charging still works. The screen gets resealed to keep the water resistance intact.
Charging port repair
We replace the charging port. This also fixes microphone and vibration problems since they share the same part. We test charging, data transfer, and call audio before handing it back.
Camera Repair
Three rear cameras: main, ultra wide, and telephoto. We can replace any one without touching the others. You only pay for the one that's broken. The ultra wide also handles macro photography, so we test close up focus as well as autofocus, zoom, Night Mode, and Cinematic Mode before giving it back. Front camera also replaceable.
Back Glass Repair
We remove the cracked back glass, check the MagSafe magnets and wireless charging coil, and fit new glass. The 13 Pro has a matte finish, which we match with the replacement. We test wireless charging after fitting.
Face ID Fix
If Face ID's stopped working or only works sometimes, we'll find out what's wrong and fix it. We keep your original parts wherever possible. We test it before giving it back.
