Screen replacement
We replace the screen with a new LCD panel. Your Face ID keeps working after the swap. We reseal the water resistance around the edges and check that touch, colour, and Haptic Touch all work properly before giving it back. LCD screens cost less to replace than the OLED screens on the iPhone X or XS.
Battery replacement
We take out the old battery and fit a new one. We test it to make sure it charges properly and holds power, then check that wireless charging still works. The screen is resealed to keep the water resistance intact. If your phone is dying halfway through the day or shutting down unexpectedly, this is the fix.
Face ID Repair
If Face ID has stopped working or only works sometimes, we find out which part inside the front camera has failed and fix it. We keep your original parts wherever possible so Face ID stays fully functional. We test that it recognises your face properly before giving it back.
Camera Repair
We replace the rear camera and test that autofocus, image quality, and video recording all work. The front camera is also replaceable. Portrait Mode on the XR works through the software rather than a second lens, so we make sure that still works after both front and rear camera repairs.
Back Glass Repair
We remove the cracked back glass, check the wireless charging coil underneath, and fit new glass. We also check the frame for any bends or dents that could stop the new glass sitting flat. Available in all original XR colours.
Charging Port Repair
We replace the charging port, which also fixes microphone and vibration issues since they share the same part inside the phone. We test charging, data transfer, and call audio before handing it back.

Face ID repairs take 30 to 60 minutes depending on what has gone wrong with the front camera.
Back glass repairs take 45 minutes to an hour. We check the frame carefully before fitting new glass because the aluminium on the XR is softer than the stainless steel on the iPhone X, so it can bend more easily in a drop.
You can wait in store or leave your phone with us and pick it up later. All 14 stores are open Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm.
