Because we’re inside the centre, you don’t need a special trip. Hand your phone in, carry on with your shopping, and collect it fixed. If we can’t repair it, you don’t pay, that’s our no fix, no fee promise, and every repair is covered by a warranty.

How long will my repair take?
Most screen and battery repairs are done the same day, many in under 30 minutes while you wait, so you can shop and collect. Bigger jobs like water damage take longer because we open the phone up and check each part. We'll always give you a time estimate at drop-off.
Price and warranty
