We at Phone Clinic provide different types of warranty depending on what type of Repair or Product it is. The use of our repair Service may void your manufacturer’s warranty or phone repair warranty . If you would like to avoid this, then please take your Device directly to the manufacturer. The Warranty is linked to a specific device as identified by its unique IMEI or serial number and to a specific Customer as identified by the records on our system. It will cover the Customer for any re-occurrence of the original fault and for the part replaced / repaired only, however if additional faults arise, they will not be covered under the terms of this Warranty. Furthermore, the Warranty will not cover accidental damage, nor will the cover extend should the device change ownership.

Phone Repair Warranty

Warranty Duration
Phone Clinic warranty covers parts against failure and not against liquid damage or accidental damage.
Should your device be diagnosed with any liquid damage at point of repair, any parts replaced will only have a 3 month warranty.

**Unless otherwise stated, Phone Clinic will provide repair or replacement services if there is a defect in the materials or workmanship of a product.**

What IS Covered:

✅ Defective Parts: If a replacement part we installed fails on its own (e.g., a screen becomes unresponsive).

✅ Workmanship Faults: If the original issue returns because of our installation.

What is NOT Covered (Voids Your Warranty):

New Accidental Damage: Any drops, cracks, or impacts after you leave our store.

Liquid Damage: Any water or liquid contact after the repair.

Software Issues: Our hardware warranty doesn’t cover OS glitches, viruses, or app problems.

Third-Party Tampering: If you or another shop opens the device, the warranty is void. For context, you can see how seriously manufacturers like Apple take this on their official site. (This external link is good for SEO!)

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Here are answers to common questions about our phone repair warranty.

Inherent defects with the parts installed will be covered under Phone Clinic warranty.

Accidental and liquid damage will not be covered under Phone Clinic warranty.

Please, return with your device to any of our stores nationwide & one of our specialists will be able to assist you further.

Our 12‑month warranty covers your screen replacement against all non-user-related faults for as long as you own the device. This includes things like dead pixels, touch sensitivity issues, or screen separation caused by a defect in the part itself. It does not cover new cracks or physical damage.

Liquid damage is unpredictable and corrosive. Even after a successful cleaning and repair, hidden corrosion can cause new components to fail days or weeks later. Because we can't guarantee the long-term stability of a liquid-damaged device, we cannot offer a warranty on the repair.

Yes, your original invoice or receipt is your proof of purchase and warranty. It contains the unique repair number and date we need to access your service history in our system. Please keep it in a safe place!

While our technicians always do their best to preserve your data, we cannot guarantee it. We strongly recommend you back up your device before bringing it in for any service, including a warranty assessment.

No, and this is a key point. The warranty is specific to the part(s) we replaced and the service we performed. For example, if we replaced your battery, the warranty covers the new battery only—it does not cover a subsequent fault with your screen or camera.

Any new physical damage, such as a cracked screen or a bent frame, will unfortunately void the warranty on the previously repaired part. This is because a new impact can damage internal components, making it impossible to determine if the fault is from the part or the new damage.
