Is My Data Safe During a Repair?

Yes. We do not access your personal data during any repair. Your photos, messages, contacts, and apps stay on the device. We only touch what is needed to complete the repair.We ask for your passcode so we can test the phone properly after the repair. We use it only for function testing and do not browse your content. If you would rather not share it, we will still complete the repair but some post repair testing may be limited.
