Package your device securely and post it to our central repair lab using a tracked service. We will repair your device the same day it arrives and return it to you via tracked 24-hour delivery. The entire process typically takes 48 to 72 hours from the day you post your device. Our mail-in service is fully insured and handles devices with the same care as our in-store repairs.
Yes — and the sooner you bring it to us, the better the chances of a full recovery. If your phone has been water damaged, do not attempt to charge it or turn it on. Do not put it in rice — rice dust can block the charging port and cause further damage. Bring it to your nearest Phone Clinic store or book a mail-in repair as quickly as possible.
